The terms that go with DRAK Infinity's downloadable tools and services.
Terms, payment & contract
This section applies to quoted engagements for Automation and the Connected 3D Home (including the Connected 3D Home kit). The Home lab service (Solo, Practice and Workshop or Farm kits) has its own terms, published on its page and in its standard documents. Downloadable tools are paid for on Gumroad or on this site.
Payment methods
Accepted: credit card, through Stripe.
Not accepted: cheques and cash.
An invoice is always provided.
Contract
A contract is signed by both parties before any work starts. It sets out the scope, the deadlines, the deliverables and the terms. Signing is done online.
Deposit and price
A deposit of 35% of the quote total is paid when the contract is signed; it is part of the price, and the rest is invoiced on delivery of the stages set out in the quote. If you have paid the Project launch fee ($95 CAD), it is deducted from this deposit. The deposit terms are written in the contract, before you sign. The price does not change without your written consent: if the work may go beyond the quote, we tell you before going on. Amounts before taxes.
Refunds for downloadable tools
You may request a refund by email within 30 days of purchase for a valid reason: a file that cannot be opened or does not work on a standard device despite help from our support team, a duplicate purchase, or a product that does not match its description. Drak Infinity Solutions checks the reason and replies within 48 business hours. A change of mind, not using the product or finding that it does not suit you is not a reason for a refund. This policy is in addition to the warranties and remedies provided by law and does not limit them.
This policy covers Drak Infinity Solutions' downloadable tools (Facturier Québec, Soumissionnaire Québec, Kit Loi 96, Pack Make, Trousse Loi 25), bought on Gumroad or on this site. To request a refund, write to contact@drakinfinity.ca from the email address used for your purchase. The Facturier Québec online subscription is governed by its terms of use, and quoted services (home lab, Connected 3D Home, automation) by their contract.
