Connected 3D Home

Your home in 3D on a tablet: you touch a room, the light turns off, the curtains close. I survey your rooms, I build the model, I connect the devices you already have. Everything runs at your place, on your Home lab.

1 A single email, at launch. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The 30-minute Discovery meeting is free, starting now, by video call, or at your place in Montréal and the surrounding area.

One evening, before and after

Example: a family in Rosemont, a January evening.

Before

  • Three different apps for the lights, the thermostat and the camera.
  • The guest room heating runs all week for nothing.
  • The living room curtains stay open while the family is on vacation.
  • "Did you turn off the garage?" Nobody knows, so someone goes back to check.
  • The devices' data goes to five different manufacturers.

After

  • One single home, in 3D, on the living room tablet and on your phone.
  • You touch the guest room: the heating drops until the next visit.
  • "Away" mode closes the curtains and turns on the entrance light at dusk.
  • The garage shows up in red as long as the light is on.
  • Everything runs at your place, on your own network, with no mandatory subscription.

1 What is possible depends on your devices and your network: we talk it through together before any quote.

Touch a room: the light turns off, the curtains close. That is what you will see on your tablet, with your own home.

Frequently asked questions

What is Home Assistant?

Open-source home automation software: it links devices from different brands and runs at your place, on your own network. Your home's 3D model is built in it.

Do I need a Home lab?

It is recommended, never required. It runs Home Assistant at your place. We talk about it during the Discovery meeting.

Does my data stay with me?

Yes. Without remote monitoring, your installation sends nothing to DRAK Infinity. Some devices communicate with their manufacturer's servers: we identify them together during the visit.

Which Québec data can be shown?

Hydro-Québec outages and demand, air quality, the Ministry of Transport's road cameras. Public data, unrelated to DRAK Infinity; a source may change.
