Privacy policy

In effect since November 2, 2026

The French version prevails. This English text is a courtesy translation of the Politique de confidentialité. If the two differ, the French version applies.

The information you send us through our forms, our meetings and our reviews is used only to reply to you, to follow up on your request and, if you entrust a project to us, to carry it out and bill it. It is never sold, rented, transferred or used for advertising.

Who is responsible for your information

Drak Infinity Solutions (NEQ 2281240509), the sole proprietorship of Yannick Dupont, based in Montréal, Québec. The person in charge of the protection of personal information is Yannick Dupont, who can be reached at contact@drakinfinity.ca.

What we collect

Only what you give us yourself, through our forms (request, Home lab, Notify me, project form, review) or when you book a meeting:

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare and hold the meeting, send you the next step you chose, prepare a quote and a contract, carry out the project and bill it, apply the missed-meeting rule and publish your review if you agreed. You are not signed up to any newsletter and your information is not used for profiling. No decision about you is made by automated processing: the missed-meeting rule is applied by Yannick Dupont himself.

Who it is shared with

No one, apart from the technical providers we use to receive, process and store your information, who use it only to provide that service to us:

Except for our database hosted in Montréal, these services may keep data outside Québec, including in the United States and, for OpenRouteService, in Germany. If you write to us on Telegram, your messages also go through Telegram. Your information is never resold.

How long we keep it

Requests, meetings and replies that do not lead to a contract are kept for 24 months at most after our last exchange, then deleted. Launch fees, quotes, contracts, invoices and project files are kept for six years after the end of the year in which they were made, as tax laws require, then deleted. A review is kept as long as it is published; a review that is declined, or removed at your request, is deleted within 30 days. You may ask for your information to be deleted before these periods end, except what the law requires us to keep.

Meetings

The Cal.com calendar is built into the “Book a meeting” page and appears as soon as the page opens: your browser then connects to Cal.com, which receives your IP address and the usual technical details of your browser, even if you do not book. If you book, Cal.com also receives your booking details. Cal.com may set the cookies needed for the booking, under its own privacy policy. No other page of this site loads Cal.com. The meeting takes place on Google Meet, whose link is in your confirmation; Google processes it under its own policy. We do not record the meeting. After two missed meetings without notice, the free meeting is no longer offered to you: for that purpose, we keep a record of missed meetings for 24 months at most.

Client reviews

If you leave a review on our site, we publish it only with your consent, under the name or initials you choose, with your rating and your country. Your email is never published: it is used only to thank you and to suggest, once, that you also post your review on Google. Reviews left on Google are hosted by Google; we reproduce some of them on our site with a link to the original. You may have your review removed from our site at any time at contact@drakinfinity.ca; it is removed within 48 business hours.

Home lab (quoted installation)

If you entrust an installation to us, we also keep the quote, the contract, the intervention sheets, the access register and our invoices. They are used to do the work, to bill it and to prove what was agreed. During the installation, we may see information stored in your system: we take none of it away, copy none of it and use none of it for any other purpose; if you are a business, we then act as your service provider, under a written clause of the contract. Quote requests that lead nowhere are deleted no later than 24 months after our last exchange; contracts, intervention sheets and invoices are kept for six years after the end of the contract year, as tax laws require, then deleted.

Travel

If we travel to your place for your project, we record the trip in our register: date, address of the location, purpose, round-trip distance and amount billed. To calculate the distance, the address of the location, without your name or your email, is sent to OpenRouteService, a mapping service established in Germany. Our copy of the register in Google Sheets contains neither the address of the location nor your email: only your name or your business name, the municipality, the date, the purpose, the distance and the amounts. This register is used to bill the trip and to keep our books; it is kept for six years after the end of the year of the trip, as tax laws require, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (modernized by Law 25), you may at any time ask for access to your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent or have your review removed. Write to contact@drakinfinity.ca: we reply within 30 days, in French or English.

If you are not satisfied with the answer, you may contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec, the provincial privacy regulator.

Cookies and traffic measurement

The Tools, Home lab, Articles, Automation and custom tools, Legal terms and Privacy policy pages, in English and in French, set no cookie and contain no tracking tool. These pages keep an anonymous counter, hosted in Montréal: for each day, the number of visits, page views and clicks to our shop or our application. No IP address, identifier or personal information is recorded; no visitor can be identified from it. The counter respects your browser's “Do Not Track” signal.

The home page, the Tools, Request a Quote, Automation and Connected 3D Home pages measure their traffic with Google Analytics 4, a Google service. The tool is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the banner shown at the bottom of the page, and your choice applies to all of these pages. After your consent, a successful form submission is also counted, with no content you typed: only the form's name is sent. Until you accept, or if you decline, no request is sent to Google Analytics and no cookie is set. If you accept, Google sets two cookies: _ga, which is used to tell visitors apart, and _ga_MLGGWDY33P, which keeps the session state. According to Google's documentation, each lasts two years. They are used to produce traffic statistics (pages viewed, where visitors come from, type of device), which Google processes on its servers, including outside Québec. The advertising signals stay denied: we do not use Google Analytics for advertising.

The purchase buttons on the Tools page are plain links to the product's page on Gumroad, a provider established outside Québec; they open in a new tab. No Gumroad script is loaded on our pages: no request is sent to Gumroad until you click a purchase button. On Gumroad's site, its own privacy policy applies.

Your choice is kept for six months in your browser, after which the banner asks again. You can change it at any time: the button below clears your choice and the Google Analytics cookies set by this site. The banner will come back the next time you visit a page that shows it. If you accepted the banner before October 13, 2026, Gumroad cookies may have been set: they are Gumroad's, and you can clear them in your browser settings.

Error log for our pages

When a technical error occurs on a page of this site, your browser sends us a short description: the error message (sanitized), the page address without its parameters, the file and line involved, the browser family and version, and the operating system. Your IP address is not recorded: it is used only to compute a code that changes every day and is erased after 48 hours, to limit abusive submissions. No cookie is set, nothing is stored in your browser and nothing else is read from your device. This information is used only to fix defects and protect the service. It is hosted in Montréal by our database provider, Supabase, is neither sold nor shared with anyone else, and is deleted after 30 days. This log is not used for tracking: it works even if your browser asks not to be tracked.

Our digital products

The tools sold by DRAK Infinity (Facturier Québec, Soumissionnaire Québec, Trousse Loi 25, Kit Loi 96, Pack Make) work offline, in your browser: the data you enter in them stays on your computer and is never sent to us. Purchases are processed by Gumroad or Stripe, under their own privacy policies.

Facturier Québec online is a service with an account: its own privacy policy, in French, is published in the application.

Former waiting list

Before Facturier Québec online opened, a form collected an email address and the language of the page used. That form no longer exists. The addresses already collected are used to tell you, once, that Facturier Québec online is open, and are then deleted no later than 90 days after that email. They are used for nothing else and are not added to any newsletter. They are stored with Netlify (which received the former form) and in our Gmail mailbox, outside Québec. If you unsubscribe or ask us to, your address is deleted right away, without waiting for that period.

Global Invoicer: notification requests

If you ask to be told when the Global Invoicer opens, we keep your email address, the type of requester and the country you give, only to write to you once about it. They go through Make and our Gmail mailbox, outside Québec, and are deleted after that email, no later than 24 months after your request, or as soon as you ask.

Connected 3D Home: notification requests

If you ask to be told when Connected 3D Home launches, we keep your email address, the type of requester, the country and the language you give, along with the date of your consent, only to write to you once, at launch, about the offer that applies to you. They go through Make, outside Québec, and are stored in our database hosted in Montréal. They are not added to any newsletter and are deleted after that email, no later than 24 months after your request, or as soon as you ask.

Changes

Any change to this policy is published on this page, with its effective date. Change of November 6, 2026: the business now goes by the name declared with the Registrar, Drak Infinity Solutions. Practices do not change. The Tools, Request a Quote, Automation and Connected 3D Home pages now also measure their traffic with Google Analytics 4, based on the choice you already gave, or asked again on each page; a successful form submission is counted there after your consent, with no content you typed. Change of November 2, 2026: the Cal.com calendar now appears as soon as the “Book a meeting” page opens. Change of October 22, 2026: this policy now describes the “Notify me at launch” list for Connected 3D Home. Change of October 15, 2026: this policy now describes our travel register and the mapping service that calculates its distances. Change of October 13, 2026: this policy now describes the request form, meetings, the next step offered after a meeting, the launch fee, client reviews and the related providers; the Gumroad script is no longer loaded on our pages.
