Your invoicing tool, available on all your devices. Its database is hosted in Montréal. Facturier Québec online costs $9 CAD a month or $89 CAD a year, plus applicable taxes (two months free).

Invoices go out from the app, with no email program to open.

A reminder email goes out after the due date, according to your settings.

One record per client: name, address and email are entered only once.

What is SaaS?
It is software that lives on the Internet: nothing to install, and updates happen on my side. Facturier Québec online is one example.
What does it change for you?
Your data is available from anywhere, on all your devices, with no copy to move from one computer to another. For Facturier Québec online, the database is hosted in Montréal.
Where is my data hosted?
In Montréal. The Facturier Québec online database is hosted there, and your data is neither sold nor used for advertising. At launch, the service also relies on providers established outside Québec, named in its privacy policy.
Is my data mine, and can I get it back?
Yes. Your invoices, your clients and the information you enter belong to you.
You can export them at any time during the subscription, then for 12 months after it ends, in read-only mode: a full copy of your data, the invoice register, or CSV, Excel, QuickBooks, Sage 50 and batch-of-PDF exports.
If you import into accounting software, check the tax codes and accounts with your accountant.
Does the trial ask for a card?
No. The free trial lasts 14 days and does not ask for a card. When the trial ends, nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe: without a subscription, the account becomes read-only and your data stays exportable.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. The subscription is not covered by the refund policy for the downloadable tools: its refund rules are in the service's terms of use (in French).
How are taxes handled?
Facturier Québec online calculates GST (5%) and QST (9.975%) on your invoices. These calculations are indicative: it is up to you to check them with Revenu Québec, the CRA or your accountant. The subscription price is plus applicable taxes.
Can my clients pay online?
Yes, if you link your Stripe account: your clients pay by card from the invoice email, and the money goes straight to your own Stripe account. The invoice switches to "Paid" by itself. DRAK Infinity neither holds nor transfers these funds, and Stripe fees apply.
Who can open an account?
Facturier Québec online is available today to businesses and self-employed people established in Canada. You can invoice clients located anywhere, including abroad.

How do I reach Support?
